Paving Applications

Our system is designed for new construction pavements, providing real-time curing monitoring for saw-cutting, curing, and mix optimization. The system utilizes manual methods of collection currently being used with various DOTs, validating system design and can be used by engineers and/or consultants as we build next generation automated autonomous units that are integrated and connected wirelessly to other equipment such as Drones, Paving Equipment, Power-trowels and other robotic tools.

This creates immediate business revenue supporting consulting services and field demos with channel segments that benefit with manual measurement. It allows for collaborative development saw-cutting procedures and thresholds for optimizing integrated data measurements and will drive initial demand as we move to automated options for non-contact measuring.

Flooring Applications

DUCTILCRETE® engineered systems are optimized for industrial applications. In addition, DUCTILCRETE® paving solutions offer better performance and durability than conventional concrete paving.

To ensure the highest quality, DUCTILCRETE® concrete slab and pavement systems can only be installed by professionally trained licensees. Our monitoring technology supports these systems by providing real-time data for optimizing the installation and curing processes.

Non-Contact Measuring

Work with GSSI and Drone Mfg capable of measuring immediately after placement while concrete still in plastic state. Provides critical data for integrating with software that measures mix/batch properties monitoring physical properties from the plant to the site—allowing for modifications, determining timing, optimized operation procedures which provide additional data that is not only critical for determine operational procedures but also extremely valuable data that strengthens and enhances batch processing and mix design variables.

Once we establish the baseline calibration, we will be able to conduct manual measuring for both pavements and flooring projects enabling us to begin mapping and recording graphs documenting and optimizing procedures. Both drone assisted device, affixed units to a power-trowel or paving "curing" bridges will be able to measure manually.

Lifecycle Asset Management

Our system offers tailored modules based on threshold measurements for optimizing time critical procedural steps for managing saw cutting operations, mix-design configuration, curing & finishing steps (utilizing ride-on power-trowels, curing bridges to drone based applications or manual applications), and lifecycle asset management.

The interpretative and predictive capabilities of our system enable contractors and engineers to make informed decisions throughout the entire lifecycle of concrete structures, from initial placement through long-term maintenance and performance evaluation.
